The S-A-I-D Framework is adapted from Maegan Stephens and Nicole Lowenbraun’s Ted Talk, “How to be
a Great Listener.” It provides an overview of four communication styles of adpative listening. It can serve
as a guide or cheat sheet to help you decide which communication style best fits the moment so you can
best support the people involved and achieve the desired outcomes.

The Team Effectiveness: Building Bridges for Better Outcomes Training is a 90 to 120-minute workshop that will help participants appreciate perspectives different than their own so they can interact more effectively across difference and improve team effectiveness.  They will explore what team effectiveness really means, why it matters, and how they can engage effectively across difference in order to build bridges to better outcomes.   You will find a the facilitator’s guide, participant materials and PowerPoint.
