Erica Colonero
Since VisionSpring’s founding in 2006, Erica has led business development and client relations for the firm. She marries her passion and knowledge of Diversity and Inclusion and Women’s Leadership with her collaborative approach to relationship building and business development. Erica takes a consultative, collaborative approach with clients which enables her to fully understand their needs and challenges and then is better able design and develop products to suit those needs.
In addition, Erica is a sought after trainer, facilitator and speaker on the topics of diversity and inclusion, Employee Resource Groups, unconscious bias and inclusive leadership. She has worked with organizations across many industries including energy, healthcare, finance, consumer products, education, and nonprofits. Clients include Aetna, Baystate Health, Boehringer Ingelheim, The Dignity & Respect Campaign, Express Scripts, The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, Ingersoll Rand, Medtronic, , TIAA, Staples, Sun Life Financial, and UTC.
Before forming VisionSpring, Erica was an independent consultant in business development and sales. Prior to that, she spent six years as a sales manager for Linkage, Inc., where she helped clients build their diversity brand in ways that supported internal training, pipeline development, market share expansion, and enhanced community relations.
Erica earned a BS in business administration (magna cum laude) from Bryant University. She and her husband have three young children and in her free time enjoys volunteering in her community, cooking, sailing and hiking.
