Our Belonging Ambassadors Program is a company-wide initiative designed to empower employees to champion inclusion, connection, and belonging in the workplace. Through this program, selected Ambassadors will serve as catalysts for cultivating a supportive and inclusive culture by leading grassroots efforts, facilitating conversations, and helping amplify diverse voices across the organization.

What We Deliver

    • Customized Programming – Strategic program design tailored to your company’s goals
    • Onboarding Training – Ambassadors will begin their journey with a comprehensive onboarding session covering:
    • Tools and Resources – Each Ambassador will receive a digital toolkit that includes conversation guides, access to recommended readings, videos, and program templates.
    • Ongoing Support – VisionSpring will host quarterly learning circle/ peer discussion groups and provide direct access to program advisors for questions or coaching.
