Our Culture Champions Program is an employee-driven initiative that empowers individuals across the organization to take an active role in shaping and uplifting the company’s culture. Champions act as positive influencers, idea-sharers, and community builders who help bring values to life, foster connection, and spark engagement throughout the workplace.
What We Deliver
- Customized Programming – Strategic program design tailored to your company’s goals
- Onboarding Training – Culture champions will begin their journey with a comprehensive onboarding providing guidance on being a culture role model and peer connector.
- Tools and Resources – Each Culture Champion will receive a digital toolkit that includes conversation guides, access to recommended readings, videos, and program templates.
- Ongoing Support – VisionSpring will host quarterly learning circle/ peer discussion groups and provide direct access to program advisors for questions or coaching.
