Robin has particular expertise in strategy development, instructional design, content development, and training. As a topic expert in the field, she has been quoted in several leading publications including the Wall Street Journal, DiversityInc, and the Boston Business Journal and has been featured in Profiles in Diversity Journal, Diversity and The Bar Magazine, The League of Nursing Newsletter and in several webinars and podcasts.

Robin and her business partner founded VisionSpring in 2006 with the vision to create partnerships with organizations that share their passion for leveraging diversity in ways that create unique business value and improve the lives of the people they serve. Her consultative, collaborative approach to Diversity and Inclusion has led VisionSpring to partner with clients as well as other D&I thought leaders to create such innovations as the Inclusion Learning Loop, a member-based learning community offering an extensive original content library, ongoing consulting services, and a growing community of practice that brings together vibrant peer thought leadership.

Prior to launching VisionSpring, Robin served as the vice president and program director for the Diversity and Women in Leadership practice of Linkage, Inc. In that role, Robin designed, produced, and delivered business conferences and training solutions.
