We offer customized and off-the-shelf training to meet your unique learning objectives and create a culture where all employees understand and can contribute to DEI priorities. All of our workshops incorporate a variety of dynamic training methods including lectures, small-group exercises, case scenarios, personal reflection and action planning.
Our Training Library
The Diversity, Inclusion & Identity: Building Awareness and Understanding training is a 90-minute experience that will help participants more fully understand the concepts associated with diversity and inclusion, explore the intersectionality of identity, privilege, and equity, and build understanding and appreciation for perspectives different than their own.
In the workplace women disproportionately face challenges that impact their career progression and their ability to reach their full potential. In this workshop, we will pull back the curtain on the systemic barriers that might be limiting one’s career opportunities and provide a safe space for participants to share their experiences and goals, while fostering a sense of community and mutual support.
The Creating a Culture of Belonging training explores the importance of belonging and its connection to diversity & inclusion and presents a series of strategies and actions for fostering belonging in your own organization.
Recognizing and Managing training will help employees at all levels understand the concept of unconscious bias and recognize situations where bias may impact their decision-making process. Through expert instruction and small group work participants will gain strategies to manage and mitigate the impact of bias. short description about this training course
The Overcoming Bias training is designed to help individuals recognize situations where bias may have impacted their career progression, deal with bias in a productive way, and develop strategies for mitigating the impact of bias on their career success. As a subset, the training will also help participants recognize and manage bias within themselves.
This Privilege and Allyship training explores the concept of privilege and the connection to allyship. Participants will learn how to: recognize and acknowledge their privilege, leverage that privilege in support of others, and recognize opportunities where they can influence change as an ally.
The Respect in the Workplace training will help participants more fully understand the dynamics and characteristics of a respectful workplace and the steps each of us can take to ensure all individuals are treated with dignity and respect.
Using VisionSpring’s Inclusive Leadership Competency Model (Leads Self, Leads Others, Drives Results) managers and leaders will identify and hone the competencies associated with inclusive leadership. Through presentation, though-provoking discussion, and interactive exercises, participants will understand the importance of inclusion, recognize their leadership strengths, and further develop the skills and competencies associated with inclusive leadership.
The Anatomy of Belonging: ERGs as the Head, Heart, Hands training helps participants better understand the dynamics and characteristics of a culture of belonging and how ERGs can drive belonging and connection
Discuss the concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion with a specific focus on the role of Human Resources. Participants will improve overall DEI competence, better understand DEI’s connection to overall mission and goals, and explore the critical role HR can play in achieving DEI objectives.

The Covering, Code-Switching and the Imposter Syndrome training explores covering from a DEI lens and provides tools and strategies to create more inclusive workplace that support authenticity and where employees feel safe, respected and supported.
The Inclusive Hiring: Managing Bias in the Hiring Process training is designed to help recruiters and hiring managers recognize situations where bias may have impacted their decision-making process and behaviors and how those decisions can impact others.
The Intent Versus Impact Training is a 90-minute training that can be leveraged by DEI practitioners as part of their training offerings. The Intent Versus Impact training will help participants more fully understand the dynamics and characteristics of a respectful workplace and the steps each of us can take to ensure the impact of our actions more closely matches our intent.
The Understanding the Impact and Power of Micromessaging Training explores micromessages, the impact they can have in our workplaces and what we as individuals can do to mitigate the impact of microinequities and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
This training will help participants understand how different life experiences and cultural influences can shape our perspectives, opinions, and what we prioritize in our lives – and that no one opinion is either right or wrong but a window into our shared humanity. Participants will practice strategies they can use to interact respectfully and effectively across difference.
